What should Luton offices plan for?
Converted buildings in and around Luton often bring tricky ceiling lines and out-of-square walls; site-measured glass and adjustable head tracks take care of both.
Plenty of Luton businesses are growing into space they already lease, so we often reconfigure existing partitions and add new rooms in the same project.
How much do glass manifestation & privacy film cost in Luton?
Full-height privacy film runs about £45–£85 per m² depending on film type and design complexity, while simple safety bands start from about £15–£35 per linear metre. Typical lead time: 1–2 weeks. Guide prices, supply and install — fixed after a free survey.
Why use us for glass manifestation & privacy film in Luton?
Compliance on every panel
We check every pane of clear glass against Approved Document K and apply manifestation at the right heights, closing a common gap found in fit-out audits.
Privacy without losing light
Frosted and gradient film obscure views into rooms while still letting daylight through, which blinds and solid walls cannot do.
Landlord-ready paperwork
Drawings, method statements and risk assessments are supplied for your landlord or managing agent's approval.
Covering all of Bedfordshire
Survey and installation teams cover Luton and the wider Bedfordshire area, including Dunstable and Hitchin.
Typical glass manifestation & privacy film projects we see in Luton include private office fronts, reception and entrance screens and glazed corridors. Film can be removed and replaced when rooms are renamed, the brand changes or privacy needs shift, without replacing glass or disturbing the partition.

Do you survey in Luton?
We cover Luton along with nearby Dunstable, Hitchin and Hemel Hempstead. Surveys are free and usually take under an hour for a typical office floor.
In England, partition works that affect fire safety or means of escape fall under the Building Regulations, so we flag anything that may need Building Control at survey stage.
