Guide prices

Prices shown on the site and produced by the quote tool are indicative guide ranges, supply and install, excluding VAT. They are not offers. A fixed price is provided in a written quotation after a site survey.

Quotations and contracts

Projects are contracted and invoiced by S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd on the terms set out in your written quotation, which take precedence over anything on this website.

Intellectual property

Text, layout, graphics and code on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available but cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where the law of your home nation requires otherwise.
