How do Bromley buildings affect the install?
Older stock across Bromley — period buildings, converted warehouses and 1960s–80s blocks — tends to have uneven floors and varied ceiling heights, which is why every quote here follows a measured survey rather than a guess.
In a city like Bromley, out-of-hours working is often the difference between a smooth install and a lost week. We regularly phase work over evenings and weekends to keep occupied floors running.
Glass Manifestation & Privacy Film prices in Bromley

Why do Bromley businesses choose us?
Landlord-ready paperwork
Drawings, method statements and risk assessments are supplied for your landlord or managing agent's approval.
Tidy, protected sites
Floors and finishes are protected, waste is removed and the area is cleaned before handover.
Privacy without losing light
Frosted and gradient film obscure views into rooms while still letting daylight through, which blinds and solid walls cannot do.
Easy to change later
Film can be removed and replaced when rooms are renamed, the brand changes or privacy needs shift, without replacing glass or disturbing the partition.
Typical glass manifestation & privacy film projects we see in Bromley include reception and entrance screens, glass doors and side panels and ground-floor street windows. We check every pane of clear glass against Approved Document K and apply manifestation at the right heights, closing a common gap found in fit-out audits.

Do you survey in Bromley?
Our office is in Great Barr, Birmingham — roughly 115 miles from Bromley as the crow flies — and survey and installation teams are arranged regionally, so distance does not change the price structure.
In England, partition works that affect fire safety or means of escape fall under the Building Regulations, so we flag anything that may need Building Control at survey stage.
From survey to handover

Production and logistics
Made-to-measure panels are produced and we book deliveries, lifts and parking around your building.
Installation and handover
The team installs, snags and cleans, then hands over the site with any test evidence and care guidance.
Glass Manifestation & Privacy Film in Bromley: FAQs
Do you install glass manifestation & privacy film in Bromley?
Yes. We survey, supply and install glass manifestation & privacy film throughout Bromley and the wider Greater London area, including Croydon and Canary Wharf. The survey is free and you receive a fixed, written quote before any work is booked.
Will our Bromley landlord need to approve the partitions?
If you lease your Bromley office, the lease will usually require landlord consent — often a licence for alterations — before partitions are installed. We supply drawings, specifications and method statements to support the application.
How much does office privacy film cost?
Full-height privacy film typically costs £45–£85 per m² supplied and installed, excluding VAT, depending on film type and design. Simple safety manifestation bands start from about £15–£35 per linear metre. Printed and custom-cut branded designs sit at the upper end. We confirm a fixed price after a free survey.
Does privacy film make glass soundproof?
No. Privacy film only changes what can be seen through the glass and has no meaningful effect on sound. If conversations are being overheard, look at acoustic glass, door seals and gaps above the ceiling instead. Film is often combined with these measures.
