What should Fareham offices plan for?
Offices in Fareham range from first-floor suites above the high street to modern units on the edge of town, and the right partition system depends as much on the building as on the budget.
Across Fareham we see a lot of mixed-use space — offices next to workshops, clinics or showrooms — where partitions have to deal with noise, dust or fire separation as well as privacy.
What do glass manifestation & privacy film cost in Fareham?
Full-height privacy film runs about £45–£85 per m² depending on film type and design complexity, while simple safety bands start from about £15–£35 per linear metre. Typical lead time: 1–2 weeks. Guide prices, supply and install — fixed after a free survey.
What do you get with us in Fareham?
Brand on the glass
Logos, patterns and room names in film give a workplace identity and help visitors find their way, at a modest cost compared with signage.
Tidy, protected sites
Floors and finishes are protected, waste is removed and the area is cleaned before handover.
Fixed price, in writing
Your quote lists the system, glass, doors, finishes and any extras, so the figure you approve is the figure you pay.
Compliance on every panel
We check every pane of clear glass against Approved Document K and apply manifestation at the right heights, closing a common gap found in fit-out audits.
Typical glass manifestation & privacy film projects we see in Fareham include meeting room glazing, glass doors and side panels and glazed corridors. Frosted and gradient film obscure views into rooms while still letting daylight through, which blinds and solid walls cannot do.

How do surveys work in Fareham?
Fareham sits about 122 miles from our Birmingham base. Surveys are booked at a time that suits you, including early mornings, and the same project contact stays with you through to installation.
In England, partition works that affect fire safety or means of escape fall under the Building Regulations, so we flag anything that may need Building Control at survey stage.

Glass Manifestation & Privacy Film in Fareham: FAQs
Can you work out of hours at our Fareham office?
Yes. Evening and weekend installation can be arranged in Fareham so the office keeps running. Out-of-hours working usually adds a percentage to the labour cost, which is shown clearly on the quote.
Do you cover areas near Fareham?
Yes. As well as Fareham we regularly cover Portsmouth, Cowes and Ryde, plus the rest of Hampshire and South East. Survey and installation teams are arranged regionally.
At what height should glass manifestation be?
Under Approved Document K, manifestation should be placed in two zones: one between 850mm and 1000mm above floor level, and another between 1400mm and 1600mm. That covers people of different heights, including children and wheelchair users. The marking should contrast with the view behind it.
Can privacy film be removed later?
Yes. Commercial interior film can be removed with gentle heat and adhesive remover without damaging the glass. That makes it easy to update branding, room names or privacy levels later. We can remove old film and apply new in the same visit.
