What should Banbury offices plan for?
Offices in Banbury range from first-floor suites above the high street to modern units on the edge of town, and the right partition system depends as much on the building as on the budget.
Smaller floorplates in Banbury make every metre count, so we often recommend glass that keeps daylight moving across the office while still giving managers a private room.
How much do glass manifestation & privacy film cost in Banbury?
Full-height privacy film runs about £45–£85 per m² depending on film type and design complexity, while simple safety bands start from about £15–£35 per linear metre. Typical lead time: 1–2 weeks. Guide prices, supply and install — fixed after a free survey.
What do you get with us in Banbury?
Privacy without losing light
Frosted and gradient film obscure views into rooms while still letting daylight through, which blinds and solid walls cannot do.
Tested systems, documented
We use manufacturers' tested partition systems and hand over the relevant performance and test evidence at completion.
Covering all of Oxfordshire
Survey and installation teams cover Banbury and the wider Oxfordshire area, including Bicester and Daventry.
Compliance on every panel
We check every pane of clear glass against Approved Document K and apply manifestation at the right heights, closing a common gap found in fit-out audits.
Typical glass manifestation & privacy film projects we see in Banbury include glass doors and side panels, glazed corridors and ground-floor street windows. Film can be removed and replaced when rooms are renamed, the brand changes or privacy needs shift, without replacing glass or disturbing the partition.

Do you survey in Banbury?
Survey visits across Oxfordshire — including Banbury, Bicester and Daventry — are free and carry no obligation. We measure, photograph and note services so the quote is accurate first time.
In England, partition works that affect fire safety or means of escape fall under the Building Regulations, so we flag anything that may need Building Control at survey stage.

Banbury glass manifestation & privacy film FAQs
How much do glass manifestation & privacy film cost in Banbury?
Our guide price for glass manifestation & privacy film is £45–£85 per m², supply and install, excluding VAT. The final price for a Banbury project depends on the measured size, doors, glass or board specification and access, and is fixed after the free survey.
Can you work out of hours at our Banbury office?
Yes. Evening and weekend installation can be arranged in Banbury so the office keeps running. Out-of-hours working usually adds a percentage to the labour cost, which is shown clearly on the quote.
At what height should glass manifestation be?
Under Approved Document K, manifestation should be placed in two zones: one between 850mm and 1000mm above floor level, and another between 1400mm and 1600mm. That covers people of different heights, including children and wheelchair users. The marking should contrast with the view behind it.
Is glass manifestation a legal requirement in offices?
Yes, where clear glazing could be mistaken for an opening. Regulation 14 of the Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 requires transparent surfaces to be marked where necessary for safety, and Approved Document K sets out how. In practice, almost all office glass partitions and doors need it.
