What should West Midlands projects plan for?

A lot of Birmingham's office space sits in multi-let buildings where the landlord's fit-out rules set what can fix to ceilings and floors. We read those rules early so the design is approved first time.

Offices in Birmingham range from first-floor suites above the high street to modern units on the edge of town, and the right partition system depends as much on the building as on the budget.

How much do glass manifestation & privacy film cost in West Midlands?

Why choose us in West Midlands?

Brand on the glass

Logos, patterns and room names in film give a workplace identity and help visitors find their way, at a modest cost compared with signage.

Easy to change later

Film can be removed and replaced when rooms are renamed, the brand changes or privacy needs shift, without replacing glass or disturbing the partition.

Snagging and aftercare

We return to adjust doors and closers after the building settles, and repairs or alterations are only a call away.

Work around your hours

Evening and weekend installation can be arranged for occupied Birmingham offices, keeping disruption to a minimum.

Every glass partition needs manifestation, and many need more privacy than clear glass gives. Film solves both. At its simplest, manifestation is a pair of frosted bands or a dot pattern at the heights set by Approved Document K, so people notice the glass. Beyond that, privacy film can cover a band from desk height to standing eye level, a full panel, or a gradient that fades from opaque at the bottom to clear at the top. The choice controls how much people outside can see while keeping daylight in the room.

Surveys across West Midlands

We cover Birmingham along with nearby Birmingham, Coventry and Wolverhampton. Surveys are free and usually take under an hour for a typical office floor.

In England, partition works that affect fire safety or means of escape fall under the Building Regulations, so we flag anything that may need Building Control at survey stage.
