What should County Londonderry projects plan for?
Offices in Derry range from first-floor suites above the high street to modern units on the edge of town, and the right partition system depends as much on the building as on the budget.
Plenty of Derry businesses are growing into space they already lease, so we often reconfigure existing partitions and add new rooms in the same project.
How much do glass manifestation & privacy film cost in County Londonderry?
Full-height privacy film runs about £45–£85 per m² depending on film type and design complexity, while simple safety bands start from about £15–£35 per linear metre. Typical lead time: 1–2 weeks. Guide prices, supply and install — fixed after a free survey.
Why choose us in County Londonderry?
Easy to change later
Film can be removed and replaced when rooms are renamed, the brand changes or privacy needs shift, without replacing glass or disturbing the partition.
Covering all of County Londonderry
Survey and installation teams cover Derry and the wider County Londonderry area, including Derry and Coleraine.
Fixed price, in writing
Your quote lists the system, glass, doors, finishes and any extras, so the figure you approve is the figure you pay.
Compliance on every panel
We check every pane of clear glass against Approved Document K and apply manifestation at the right heights, closing a common gap found in fit-out audits.
Film is also the simplest way to put your brand on the office. Logos, patterns, room names and wayfinding can be cut from frosted or coloured film and fitted to existing glass without replacing anything. We prepare digital proofs at full scale so you can check the heights and how the design reads from a seat. Because film is applied to the inside face of the glass, it can be changed later when the brand, room names or layout change, without disturbing the partition itself.

Glass Manifestation & Privacy Film in County Londonderry: FAQs
Do you install glass manifestation & privacy film in Derry?
Yes. We survey, supply and install glass manifestation & privacy film throughout Derry and the wider County Londonderry area, including Derry and Coleraine. The survey is free and you receive a fixed, written quote before any work is booked.
How soon can you start on a Derry project?
Typical lead time for glass manifestation & privacy film is 1–2 weeks from signed-off drawings, mostly because materials are made to measure. Installation itself is usually a matter of days for a typical office, and we can phase work around a Derry office that stays open.
At what height should glass manifestation be?
Under Approved Document K, manifestation should be placed in two zones: one between 850mm and 1000mm above floor level, and another between 1400mm and 1600mm. That covers people of different heights, including children and wheelchair users. The marking should contrast with the view behind it.
Does privacy film make glass soundproof?
No. Privacy film only changes what can be seen through the glass and has no meaningful effect on sound. If conversations are being overheard, look at acoustic glass, door seals and gaps above the ceiling instead. Film is often combined with these measures.
