What is different about partitioning in Dundee?
Converted buildings in and around Dundee often bring tricky ceiling lines and out-of-square walls; site-measured glass and adjustable head tracks take care of both.
Where a Dundee building has a managing agent, we provide method statements, risk assessments and drawings in advance so the licence for alterations is not held up.
What do glass manifestation & privacy film cost in Dundee?
Full-height privacy film runs about £45–£85 per m² depending on film type and design complexity, while simple safety bands start from about £15–£35 per linear metre. Typical lead time: 1–2 weeks. Guide prices, supply and install — fixed after a free survey.
Why use us for glass manifestation & privacy film in Dundee?
Brand on the glass
Logos, patterns and room names in film give a workplace identity and help visitors find their way, at a modest cost compared with signage.
Tested systems, documented
We use manufacturers' tested partition systems and hand over the relevant performance and test evidence at completion.
Compliance on every panel
We check every pane of clear glass against Approved Document K and apply manifestation at the right heights, closing a common gap found in fit-out audits.
Covering all of Dundee
Survey and installation teams cover Dundee and the wider Dundee area, including Broughty Ferry and Cupar.
Typical glass manifestation & privacy film projects we see in Dundee include private office fronts, reception and entrance screens and ground-floor street windows. Frosted and gradient film obscure views into rooms while still letting daylight through, which blinds and solid walls cannot do.
What specification is typical?
| Manifestation zones | Two zones: 850–1000mm and 1400–1600mm above floor level (Approved Document K) |
|---|---|
| Design | Cut logos, patterns, room names, wayfinding and full-colour prints |
| Application | Applied to inside face of glass; wet or dry application |
How do surveys work in Dundee?
Our office is in Great Barr, Birmingham — roughly 274 miles from Dundee as the crow flies — and survey and installation teams are arranged regionally, so distance does not change the price structure.
In Scotland, building standards are administered by local authority verifiers, and some partition works need a building warrant; we flag anything that may need one at survey stage.
