What should Herefordshire projects plan for?
In Hereford, installations are often completed in a few days, and we can usually start on site soon after drawings are signed off because the survey answers the practical questions early.
Where a Hereford building has a managing agent, we provide method statements, risk assessments and drawings in advance so the licence for alterations is not held up.
How much do glass manifestation & privacy film cost in Herefordshire?
Full-height privacy film runs about £45–£85 per m² depending on film type and design complexity, while simple safety bands start from about £15–£35 per linear metre. Typical lead time: 1–2 weeks. Guide prices, supply and install — fixed after a free survey.
Why choose us in Herefordshire?
Covering all of Herefordshire
Survey and installation teams cover Hereford and the wider Herefordshire area, including Hereford and Leominster.
Landlord-ready paperwork
Drawings, method statements and risk assessments are supplied for your landlord or managing agent's approval.
Brand on the glass
Logos, patterns and room names in film give a workplace identity and help visitors find their way, at a modest cost compared with signage.
Compliance on every panel
We check every pane of clear glass against Approved Document K and apply manifestation at the right heights, closing a common gap found in fit-out audits.
Film is also the simplest way to put your brand on the office. Logos, patterns, room names and wayfinding can be cut from frosted or coloured film and fitted to existing glass without replacing anything. We prepare digital proofs at full scale so you can check the heights and how the design reads from a seat. Because film is applied to the inside face of the glass, it can be changed later when the brand, room names or layout change, without disturbing the partition itself.

Surveys across Herefordshire
We cover Hereford along with nearby Hereford, Leominster and Ross-on-Wye. Surveys are free and usually take under an hour for a typical office floor.
In England, partition works that affect fire safety or means of escape fall under the Building Regulations, so we flag anything that may need Building Control at survey stage.

Glass Manifestation & Privacy Film in Herefordshire: FAQs
Do you install glass manifestation & privacy film in Hereford?
Yes. We survey, supply and install glass manifestation & privacy film throughout Hereford and the wider Herefordshire area, including Hereford and Leominster. The survey is free and you receive a fixed, written quote before any work is booked.
Can you work out of hours at our Hereford office?
Yes. Evening and weekend installation can be arranged in Hereford so the office keeps running. Out-of-hours working usually adds a percentage to the labour cost, which is shown clearly on the quote.
At what height should glass manifestation be?
Under Approved Document K, manifestation should be placed in two zones: one between 850mm and 1000mm above floor level, and another between 1400mm and 1600mm. That covers people of different heights, including children and wheelchair users. The marking should contrast with the view behind it.
Is glass manifestation a legal requirement in offices?
Yes, where clear glazing could be mistaken for an opening. Regulation 14 of the Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 requires transparent surfaces to be marked where necessary for safety, and Approved Document K sets out how. In practice, almost all office glass partitions and doors need it.
