What should Powys projects plan for?
In and around Newtown many offices are in converted buildings, rural business units or small suites, so we design partitions to suit the space rather than forcing a standard layout.
In Newtown, installations are often completed in a few days, and we can usually start on site soon after drawings are signed off because the survey answers the practical questions early.

Why choose us in Powys?
One point of contact
A single project contact handles survey, drawings, ordering and installation, so you are not chasing different trades.
Landlord-ready paperwork
Drawings, method statements and risk assessments are supplied for your landlord or managing agent's approval.
Privacy without losing light
Frosted and gradient film obscure views into rooms while still letting daylight through, which blinds and solid walls cannot do.
Easy to change later
Film can be removed and replaced when rooms are renamed, the brand changes or privacy needs shift, without replacing glass or disturbing the partition.
Film is also the simplest way to put your brand on the office. Logos, patterns, room names and wayfinding can be cut from frosted or coloured film and fitted to existing glass without replacing anything. We prepare digital proofs at full scale so you can check the heights and how the design reads from a seat. Because film is applied to the inside face of the glass, it can be changed later when the brand, room names or layout change, without disturbing the partition itself.

Is glass manifestation a legal requirement in offices?
Yes, where clear glazing could be mistaken for an opening. In practice, almost all office glass partitions and doors need it.
