What should Sevenoaks offices plan for?
Rural and edge-of-town premises near Sevenoaks can have awkward access, so we plan panel sizes and delivery times on the survey to avoid surprises on the day.
For Sevenoaks businesses that share a building, we keep noise, dust and deliveries to agreed windows so neighbours are not disturbed.

What do you get with us in Sevenoaks?
Compliance on every panel
We check every pane of clear glass against Approved Document K and apply manifestation at the right heights, closing a common gap found in fit-out audits.
Free survey in Sevenoaks
We measure the space, check ceilings, floors and services, and talk through how you want the office to work before anything is priced.
One point of contact
A single project contact handles survey, drawings, ordering and installation, so you are not chasing different trades.
Brand on the glass
Logos, patterns and room names in film give a workplace identity and help visitors find their way, at a modest cost compared with signage.
Typical glass manifestation & privacy film projects we see in Sevenoaks include meeting room glazing, private office fronts and glazed corridors. Frosted and gradient film obscure views into rooms while still letting daylight through, which blinds and solid walls cannot do.

Questions about glass manifestation & privacy film in Sevenoaks
Do you install glass manifestation & privacy film in Sevenoaks?
Yes. We survey, supply and install glass manifestation & privacy film throughout Sevenoaks and the wider Kent area, including Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells. The survey is free and you receive a fixed, written quote before any work is booked.
How much do glass manifestation & privacy film cost in Sevenoaks?
Our guide price for glass manifestation & privacy film is £45–£85 per m², supply and install, excluding VAT. The final price for a Sevenoaks project depends on the measured size, doors, glass or board specification and access, and is fixed after the free survey.
At what height should glass manifestation be?
Under Approved Document K, manifestation should be placed in two zones: one between 850mm and 1000mm above floor level, and another between 1400mm and 1600mm. That covers people of different heights, including children and wheelchair users. The marking should contrast with the view behind it.
Does privacy film make glass soundproof?
No. Privacy film only changes what can be seen through the glass and has no meaningful effect on sound. If conversations are being overheard, look at acoustic glass, door seals and gaps above the ceiling instead. Film is often combined with these measures.
