How do Bath buildings affect the install?
Plenty of Bath businesses are growing into space they already lease, so we often reconfigure existing partitions and add new rooms in the same project.
Where a Bath building has a managing agent, we provide method statements, risk assessments and drawings in advance so the licence for alterations is not held up.
What do glass manifestation & privacy film cost in Bath?
Full-height privacy film runs about £45–£85 per m² depending on film type and design complexity, while simple safety bands start from about £15–£35 per linear metre. Typical lead time: 1–2 weeks. Guide prices, supply and install — fixed after a free survey.
What do you get with us in Bath?
Tidy, protected sites
Floors and finishes are protected, waste is removed and the area is cleaned before handover.
Landlord-ready paperwork
Drawings, method statements and risk assessments are supplied for your landlord or managing agent's approval.
Brand on the glass
Logos, patterns and room names in film give a workplace identity and help visitors find their way, at a modest cost compared with signage.
Privacy without losing light
Frosted and gradient film obscure views into rooms while still letting daylight through, which blinds and solid walls cannot do.
Typical glass manifestation & privacy film projects we see in Bath include private office fronts, glazed corridors and ground-floor street windows. We check every pane of clear glass against Approved Document K and apply manifestation at the right heights, closing a common gap found in fit-out audits.

How do surveys work in Bath?
Our office is in Great Barr, Birmingham — roughly 84 miles from Bath as the crow flies — and survey and installation teams are arranged regionally, so distance does not change the price structure.
In England, partition works that affect fire safety or means of escape fall under the Building Regulations, so we flag anything that may need Building Control at survey stage.

Bath glass manifestation & privacy film FAQs
Do you install glass manifestation & privacy film in Bath?
Yes. We survey, supply and install glass manifestation & privacy film throughout Bath and the wider Somerset area, including Trowbridge and Melksham. The survey is free and you receive a fixed, written quote before any work is booked.
Can you work out of hours at our Bath office?
Yes. Evening and weekend installation can be arranged in Bath so the office keeps running. Out-of-hours working usually adds a percentage to the labour cost, which is shown clearly on the quote.
How much does office privacy film cost?
Full-height privacy film typically costs £45–£85 per m² supplied and installed, excluding VAT, depending on film type and design. Simple safety manifestation bands start from about £15–£35 per linear metre. Printed and custom-cut branded designs sit at the upper end. We confirm a fixed price after a free survey.
Is glass manifestation a legal requirement in offices?
Yes, where clear glazing could be mistaken for an opening. Regulation 14 of the Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 requires transparent surfaces to be marked where necessary for safety, and Approved Document K sets out how. In practice, almost all office glass partitions and doors need it.
