How do Limavady buildings affect the install?
Smaller Limavady offices often need just a few metres of partitioning — a manager's room, a meeting space or a quiet booth — and we are happy to take on compact jobs as well as larger ones.
For Limavady businesses that share a building, we keep noise, dust and deliveries to agreed windows so neighbours are not disturbed.

Why use us for switchable smart glass partitions in Limavady?
Covering all of County Londonderry
Survey and installation teams cover Limavady and the wider County Londonderry area, including Coleraine and Derry.
No blinds to maintain
There are no slats, cords or fabric to clean, repair or replace, and the clean glass line stays uncluttered whichever state the room is in.
Tested systems, documented
We use manufacturers' tested partition systems and hand over the relevant performance and test evidence at completion.
Open by default
When privacy is not needed the glass is clear, so meeting rooms keep the open, connected feel that many organisations want across the floor.
Typical switchable smart glass partitions projects we see in Limavady include medical and treatment rooms, presentation suites and directors' offices. Rooms switch from clear to opaque instantly, so interviews, screen sharing and confidential meetings can happen without drawing blinds or applying permanent film.

Switchable Smart Glass Partitions in Limavady: FAQs
Can you work out of hours at our Limavady office?
Yes. Evening and weekend installation can be arranged in Limavady so the office keeps running. Out-of-hours working usually adds a percentage to the labour cost, which is shown clearly on the quote.
Do you cover areas near Limavady?
Yes. As well as Limavady we regularly cover Coleraine, Derry and Magherafelt, plus the rest of County Londonderry and Northern Ireland. Survey and installation teams are arranged regionally.
How much does switchable smart glass cost for office partitions?
Switchable smart glass partitions typically cost £1,100–£1,700 per m² supplied and installed, excluding VAT. The glass area, the number of separately switched zones, the control method and the electrical work all affect the price. Many clients use it on one elevation only to control cost. We confirm a fixed price after a free survey.
How does switchable smart glass work?
Smart glass contains a liquid crystal film between two layers of glass. When power is applied, the crystals align and the glass is clear. When power is off, they scatter light and the glass turns opaque white. The change takes seconds and is controlled by a switch, sensor or building system.
Whether your Limavady project is a single room or a whole floor, we will survey, design and install your switchable smart glass partitions with one team.
