What should Newtownabbey offices plan for?
Offices in Newtownabbey range from first-floor suites above the high street to modern units on the edge of town, and the right partition system depends as much on the building as on the budget.
Smaller floorplates in Newtownabbey make every metre count, so we often recommend glass that keeps daylight moving across the office while still giving managers a private room.

The cavity width, whether one or both panes are acoustic laminate, integral blinds and the specification of acoustically sealed doors account for most of the variation. Typical lead time: 3–5 weeks. Guide prices, supply and install — fixed after a free survey.
Why do Newtownabbey businesses choose us?
Free survey in Newtownabbey
We measure the space, check ceilings, floors and services, and talk through how you want the office to work before anything is priced.
One point of contact
A single project contact handles survey, drawings, ordering and installation, so you are not chasing different trades.
Blinds that stay clean
Integral blinds sit sealed in the cavity, so slats are not bent, cords do not tangle and nobody has to dust them, while still giving full privacy on demand.
Genuine speech privacy
The twin-pane construction cuts sound much more than single glazing, so confidential calls, disciplinary meetings and client discussions stay inside the room at normal speaking levels.
Typical double glazed partitions projects we see in Newtownabbey include board and executive rooms, hr and interview rooms and call and video-conference rooms. The deeper frame gives a precise, architectural edge that suits corporate and professional interiors, and powder coating lets it match your brand or ceiling grid.

Questions about double glazed partitions in Newtownabbey
How soon can you start on a Newtownabbey project?
Typical lead time for double glazed partitions is 3–5 weeks from signed-off drawings, mostly because materials are made to measure. Installation itself is usually a matter of days for a typical office, and we can phase work around a Newtownabbey office that stays open.
Can you work out of hours at our Newtownabbey office?
Yes. Evening and weekend installation can be arranged in Newtownabbey so the office keeps running. Out-of-hours working usually adds a percentage to the labour cost, which is shown clearly on the quote.
How much do double glazed office partitions cost?
Double glazed office partitions typically cost £420–£650 per m² supplied and installed, excluding VAT. Acoustic laminate on both panes, a wider cavity, integral blinds and acoustically sealed doors move the price towards the top of the range. We confirm a fixed figure after a free survey, once ceiling height and any plenum work are known.
Can you get blinds inside double glazed partitions?
Yes. Integral venetian blinds sit within the cavity between the two panes and are operated by a magnetic slider or small control, so there are no loose cords. Because they are sealed in, the slats stay clean and undamaged. You can specify them on some panels only, for example the wall facing the main office.
